On 12 October, Global Academy students took part in an employability masterclass led by Rory Poyzer, Senior Advisor for Employability and Industry Engagement, at Siam University.
The session explored what employers look for when recruiting the next generation of talent, highlighting the importance of professional skills, effective communication, and the confidence to present oneself to potential employers. Students also gained insights into preparing for the recruitment process and positioning themselves for future career opportunities.
A big thank you to Rory for sharing his valuable insights and helping our students take meaningful steps towards their professional futures.
