A great way to start the week, as our Senior Advisor for Employer Relations and Internships, Rory Poyzer delivered his first employability workshop for Global Academy students.

The session explored the future of work, emerging workplace trends, and the skills students will need to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and technology-driven world. Students also learned about the range of employability support available to them and how they can begin building their professional profiles from day one of their studies.

Drawing on extensive experience in student and graduate employability, internships, and employer engagement, Rory shared practical insights into the opportunities and challenges that graduates can expect as they enter the workforce.
