Global Academy Students Attend SX2025 ASEAN’s Leading Sustainability Expo

From September 26 to October 5, 2025, students from Global Academy, Siam University were invited to attend SX2025, ASEAN’s largest sustainability convention, held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok.

Under the theme “Sufficiency for Sustainability — Adapt & Collaborate for a Turbulent World,” the event gathered over 750 global experts and 270 organizations to explore solutions to climate change, biodiversity loss, and social inequality. The expo aligned with Thailand’s sufficiency economy philosophy and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Students engaged with 10 themed zones, hands-on IDEALAB workshops, and global discussions on sustainable innovation. Highlights included the Enactus World Cup 2025, showcasing youth-led solutions from 32 countries, and immersive tech exhibitions like Frasers Property’s AR experience.

The event offered students a valuable chance to connect theory with practice, reinforcing their role in building a more sustainable future.
