Meet Junu: Exploring Every Side of Hotel Operations

Meet Ngwe Thazin Min Htet (Junu), a second-year Hospitality student at Global Academy, as she reflects on her internship experience at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G.

"During my three-month internship, I wasn't assigned to just one department. Instead, I had the opportunity to rotate through several key departments before choosing the one that interested me the most.

At the Front Desk, I learned how to manage guest information, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and use the hotel's payment system. In the Bar and Barista section, I gained hands-on experience preparing beverages and creating a variety of cocktails.

This internship gave me valuable real-world experience across different areas of hotel operations and helped me discover which department best aligns with my interests and career goals."
