The Global Academy Amazing Race: September 2026 edition

As part of the Global Academy Student Orientation, students took part in an exciting Amazing Race across Bangkok. Like previous editions, the race was designed to encourage teamwork, communication, and collaboration while helping new students become more familiar with the city.

Four teams, made up of both new and returning Global Academy students, took on a series of challenges across some of Bangkok’s most iconic landmarks, including Silom Edge, Lumphini Park, Dusit Central Park, Wat Yannawa, Sathorn Pier, ICONSIAM, and Siam University. Along the way, teams completed photo missions, navigated the city using the MRT, BTS, and river boats, and took on fun Thai language challenges by ordering food, greeting locals, and asking simple questions in Thai. Every task encouraged teamwork, communication, and the confidence to explore Bangkok like locals.

Every team brought its own energy and strategy to the race. More importantly, it was a great opportunity for students to get to know one another, build new friendships, and experience Bangkok together.
