AI is rapidly transforming the way we live, study, and work — but with innovation comes a range of overlooked risks. Global Academy hosted an eye-opening masterclass led by Mr. Damian Sutton, Co-Founder and CTO of Simple Scalable Solutions, to explore the other side of AI’s impact.
The session unpacked critical issues such as hidden algorithmic bias, privacy threats, environmental costs, and the dangers of over-reliance on automated systems. Mr. Sutton encouraged participants to move beyond the hype and critically examine the ethical dilemmas and unintended consequences surrounding AI.
