Every successful venture starts with a clear plan. 

On 30 July, students from the Global Academy at Siam University participated in the masterclass "The One Page Business Plan: The Core Foundations Every Founder (and Their Team) Needs Before You Build" with Joana Button, Founder and CEO of Scalify by Simple Scalable Solutions.

Through an interactive workshop, Joana guided participants in defining problems, understanding target customers, developing a compelling value proposition, and building a sustainable business model. By the end of the session, each team had created a practical one-page business plan to help turn their ideas into action.
